A band of rain will move east across the area through Monday to bring a spell of heavy and persistent rain. Rain will reach Cornwall during Monday morning but won't reach eastern parts of the warning area until Monday afternoon. 20-30 mm of rain is expected to fall widely with as much as 40-50 mm over some hills. Conditions will likely improve across Cornwall through the afternoon, but will persist across the east of the area until the end of the day. What should I do?
